Karen holds a Master Degree in writing and was the recipient of the Norman Rothstein Award from the UBC Creative Writing Department. Her writing credits include articles in The Vancouver Sun Newspaper, a feature article in Homemakers Magazine and publication in numerous other periodicals and anthologies. Haewen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology; majoring in System Development and Design.

Starting as a junior web developer and designer in an advertising company he gained good experience. As a result of his continuous personal learning and research in all areas of design and programming to increase his skills, he is now our Web Development Manager; proving that in the line of web/system development, age doesn’t matter. Now, Haewen not only trains his staff and graduating students, he personally creates beautiful, optimized and highly functional websites for a wide variety of clients in diverse industries. Modian has a very strong understanding and broad knowledge of all social media marketing.

With a background and training in the travel tourism industry, she understands good service, and next she will be attending UBC to get her Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Marketing. Modian is involved in the design and creation of RPM’s websites and helps to train clients in social media issues to help them increase their website traffic.
